P4C Photographers 4 Charity P4C

Monday, May 4th, 2009

As some of you know, I recently assisted my friend Zoe with a P4C wedding shoot in Leeds. P4C is offering free wedding photography to couples affected by cancer and also gives family & friends the chance to make a donation to Cancer Research.

Sally & David are a lovely couple with a large, caring & supportive family and it was a privilege to help at their wedding, knowing that Sally has a matter of just months to live. She clearly loved the day and wanted everyone to enjoy it, despite her situation.

Zoe did a great job and has now posted some of the images on her own blog (see link below). Please have a look and post your comments.

Hope you’ve had a good Bank Holiday despite the rain!

My Website

Sunday, May 3rd, 2009

Well, today is the Sunday before Bank Holiday Monday. I am currently working on Ash & Sara’s album design but hope to finish today so I can enjoy some sunshine (hopefully!) tomorrow. I tried sitting in the garden for half an hour this afternoon but the wind was so cold, I lasted about 10 minutes! But at least it’s not raining, which is a bonus for a Bank Holiday weekend…

You may already have noticed that my website is undergoing a bit of a revamp. The first stage was adding some new photos and moving some images round. That was uploaded earlier today and is now ‘live’. This will be followed over the next week or two by an update to the text and a new pricing structure for 2010.

If you are planning your wedding, you may like to know that any weddings booked before these changes take place will remain at the 2009 prices!

Finally, I would love for you to post your comments on the new website images – or on any of the images included in my blog. Thanks for dropping by.
